Let’s have a look on how we make our soap
We start by making the soap, so we can then let it dry while we are making the packaging.
1.First we precisely measure all of our ingredients.
2. Next we melt all the hard ingredients, in this case the shea butter and babassu oil. When they are completely melted we add the other oils.
3. When all the oils are melted and mixed, we start to slowly add water and lye, while blending, so everything starts to emulsify.
We then add a bit of ylang ylang essential oil for aroma.
4. Lastly, we pour the mixture in a mould, where we leave it to harden, before we cut it.
While the soap is hardening we start to cut our packaging and wrap up the already dry soap.
We make all packaging ourselves, we outline the stencil and carefully cut out each of the wrappings.
After everything is cut-out, we then start to wrap up each of our soaps and then placing on the stickers.
And that is it! The soap is now ready to ship to you!
